Established automated reconcilements on the Fiserv Frontier Reconciliation platform. Defined business requirements, analysis and procurement of data sources, design and built interfaces and reporting, established testing, implementation, and ongoing support procedures. • Primary contributor on multi-phase 14 month project to migrate the G/L reconcilements representing over 60% of the balance sheet of Bank of America from a legacy ledger to an SAP ledger. Project involved close coordination with partners in technology, regulatory compliance, end users, and business lines. Project completed without any major disruptions in processes, despite a massive scope and aggressive timeline. • Successfully converted all of the commercial loans reconcilements from a risky legacy platform to the target Frontier Reconcilement environment. Project involved major modifications to accounts, data load procedures, system interfaces, control processes, and output files. • Collaborated with vendor and technology partners to set up Datawatch Automator as a hybrid ETL data source for converting application reports to usable data for Frontier Reconcilements. • Automated multiple manual reconciliation processes across diverse applications on the Frontier platform, typically yielding FTE saves of 75 to 90% and reduction of risk.

Supported the roll-out of the “Model Bank” deposit and loan system footprint across the Bank of America from a reconciliation standpoint.
