Recruited to help establish franchise QSR Little Caesars in the Baton Rouge market. Began as a Manager in training and within one year promoted to Market Director. We grew to 10 locations in 3 years. Responsibilities included day to day operations for units. Maintain hiring system and decision making on all management hiring. Interviewed all management candidates. Managed three direct report multi-unit supervisors. Conducted weekly performance and training meetings. Made daily unit visits inspecting operations and personel. Responsible for community outreach to become involved in events. Worked independently as owner is located in Alabama.

Began my career as a service sales rep. Responsible for maintaining service, contract renewals, direct sales, internal route growth, and safe driving. I grew my route from $8500 weekly volume to above $14000. Achieved SSR of the year in 1997. I won many sales competitions and awards. In 1998, I was the youngest to be promoted to service training coordinator in our location. Held this position for 12 years. I was responsible for 5-8 routes and their performance. I excelled in training my team and motivating them to perform. I finished in the top of our South Central Group consistantly year after year. I led the transition from paper invoice and transaction to hand held portable route computers. I enjoyed a great career, made many friends, and hopefully influenced many along the way. I was recruited to help start new pizza chain coming to market.
