As President of Midland-Frantz Construction Group, Larry Ressler is responsible for the overall performance of the group. As principal-in-charge, Larry has overall responsibility of every commercial construction project, including participation and input in major decisions, as well as final review of the construction project budget and construction schedule. Larry is available for top management coordination with the owner, upon request. He attends pre-construction meetings and takes an active role in the formative stage of the commercial project, making himself available as required throughout the project timeline. Larry oversees the development of construction cost estimates and scheduling of projects. Larry Ressler brings close to 30 years of Real Estate, construction management, and overal commercial construction experience to the company. As President and Owner of Midland-Frantz Construction Group, Inc. since 1995, he has propelled Midland-Frantz Construction company’s reputation for quality and customer satisfaction in the commercial real estate marketplace.Previously, Larry Ressler has worked in the capacity of senior vice president at Heitman Properties Ltd., a nationally known commercial real estate firm that was involved in the property management, commercial leasing and commercial construction management of over 65 million Square feet of property.In addition, his past experience includes work with Sullivan Development of Boca Raton Fl., a firm specializing in commercial construction of retail malls and other retail commercial property. During that time he was a construction project manager responsible for all phases of the project.
