With over 10 years of experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), I am passionate and purposeful about creating equitable and inclusive workplaces that enable employee engagement, development, and retention. As a Senior Talent Management Product Manager at American Family Insurance, I lead the design and administration of new talent strategies that align with the broader business objectives and support the company's DEI vision and values.My core competencies include strategic design, product management, DEI consulting, employee resource group (ERG) program management, and public speaking. I have successfully designed and deployed a career development portfolio of products for the enterprise, partnered with HR and business leaders to evaluate and enhance talent strategies, and supported two of the company's operating companies on their DEI strategies and initiatives. I have also managed the ERG program at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, where I developed a feedback process for ERG leaders and centralized communications from the DEI Office. Additionally, I hold a SHRM-SCP certification, an Institute for Diversity Certification executive certification, and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on organizational behavior and marketing management.When I am not working out of my purpose and passion, I love spending time either traveling, attending music festivals, volunteering with my church, or just cuddling with my fur babies!
