• Accountable for managing the protection of all employee data and information assets while focusing on the adherence of an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards, and practices, for the HR function. Work closely with business and technical leadership to ensure the safeguarding of our employee data assets, respond to regulatory protection requirements as well as support the strategic requirements for the HR function. Serve as a key stakeholder in the CEI Data Governance framework and partnering with HR leadership, enterprise technology teams, compliance & legal teams, and external partners to establish and govern data policies, regulatory compliance, and standards. • Manage processes to track and maintain enterprise technology data flows for employee data and inventory of where data is stored, transferred, and accessed from, and associated data compliance requirements.• Contribute to the development and review of internal policies, procedures, FAQs and awareness materials to support Cox’s data compliance initiatives internally and externally.• Review and improve data compliance strategy, including controls and procedures, with regards to industry trends and upcoming regulatory activity.• Serve as the primary escalation point for governance, data quality, and security issues.• Facilitates engagement of HR Technology resources in efforts to support Data Governance initiatives that may result from regulatory compliance initiatives such as GDPR, CPRA, or other emerging regulations.

Accountabilities:•Provide leadership to the HRTS Production and Analysis team, that support and enhance HCM production systems and processes for both Corporate and Divisional customers. These systems involve business acquisitions, technology projects, system upgrades/enhancements and maintenance for supported HCM systems, including PeopleSoft HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, timekeeping applications and related 3rd party systems.•Develop strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external business stakeholders and navigate through competing and sometimes conflicting initiatives while demonstrating the ability to garner consensus on priorities among all stakeholders. •Strategize, collaborate and execute Enterprise and Divisional HCM technology and process initiatives that support HCM strategies, initiatives, programs and operations which are integral to attracting, on-boarding, managing, and rewarding more than 55,000+ employees nationwide (soon to be worldwide). •Manage multiple projects/ongoing work activities of high complexity and impact/risk among competing stakeholders. •Build and enhance relationships with senior and executive management.Leadership: Creates an impactful vision for the HCM function and communicates a support strategy to align people, resources and management that supports Corporate and Divisional HR stakeholders. Management: Create and manage performance of a cross functional team of Analysts through goal setting, performance reviews, coaching/mentoring and professional development plans. Identify and organize annual resource needs for projects and production support.Customer Relationships: Within a multidivisional organizational structure, align and collaborate HR technologies, processes and initiatives that provide value and efficiencies to Corporate and Divisional customers.
