• Support for all US Health & Welfare Benefits for 4,000 employees• Managed all incoming Benefits questions from employees• Managed all escalation questions from TPA; work with vendors, HR, Management and Employees to come up with solutions• Vendor management with all external vendors: Online Benefits System, LOA/Worker’s Comp, Health Plans, FSA, Supplemental Insurance, Life Insurance, LTD, 401k; working with account managers directly on employee and system issues• Kept both the external and internal Benefits websites up to date• Conducted 1:1 LOA meetings with employees; especially to discuss California Maternity Leave options• Workers’ Compensation Claims Management; attended quarterly meetings with WC vendors and made suggestions for solutions• Conducted and Managed the New Hire Benefits Orientation including training offsite HRBPs • Managed and processed all invoices related to Benefits including creating the annual budget • Supported the annual renewal process• Project Managed Open Enrollment process• Constantly reviewed current processes and systems in Benefits to find more efficient solutions• Partnered with other Benefits team members on projects• Managed and support global Executive Benefits• Handled all other day-to-day incoming questions, requests, system errors, vendor inquiries, employee inquiries, HRBP inquiries.
