Larry is In charge of Centaline Family Office's Investment Solutions division including Equities, Fixed Income, Private Equities and Structured Products while also serving on its Board of Management. He sets the Group’s overall portfolio strategy.He also oversees business strategy, operations, product development and portfolio management in all asset classes.

Larry is the Co-CIO of the Centaline Wealth Management Limited and the Co-founder of the investment brand Oceanic (博立).He manages a global mandate Hedge Fund and a number of discretionary accounts for investors, including the Shih's charity fund, high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.He has proven track record which substantially outperform the benchmark index with lower volatility. He is a professional guest speaker for major banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions, including HSBC, Bank of China (HK), Prudential, FWD, etc.

Larry actively covered more than 60 listed companies across Hong Kong, China and U.S. build relevant valuation models and conduct financial analysis.He conducted company and site visits extensively as well as frequent meetings with senior management from multiple companies to discover and assess business development opportunities.

Larry co-managed the Value Partners Hedge Fund with the Investment Director. Value Partners Hedge Fund was recognized as one of the 7 best funds in long/short equity (Greater China) category by HFMWeek Asia Performance Awards for 2012 & 2013.He assisted the CIO, Mr. Cheah Cheng Hye, to manage the newly set up Global Contrarian Fund since early 2016.He was responsible for the entire investment process of the Hedge Fund from idea origination to execution and also for cooperating with other long funds (in management of USD$15 billion assets) on joint investments.He explored synergies created through doing PIPEs, e.g. achieved an IRR of 80% within 2 years by leading the case of Tysan Group (687.HK) and cooperating with Blackstone Group to successfully liquidate the assets. He covered more than 60 listed companies across Hong Kong, China and U.S. and study the relationship between macro-economic environment and future development of these companies and their respective industries, build valuation models and conduct financial analysis. He conducted company and site visits extensively as well as frequent meetings with senior management from multiple companies to discover and assess business development opportunities.

Larry conducted macro research on treasury bonds, commodities and foreign exchange. He analyzed the monetary policies of different central banks and developed global macro tradingstrategies.
