One aspect of leadership that I absolutely enjoy is being able to help people understand what their strengths and weaknesses are and then helping them plot a course of action for advancement in their career. I like to succeed; I like to see others succeed and if I can assist I always will. What separates me from most leaders is that I take the leadership role extremely serious and personal. Most do not realize you have the lively hoods of everyone you're leading in the palm of your hands, and it should be treated very delicately.
