DICE-LAW is ideal for any small to medium size firm, including sole practitioners.CASE MANAGEMENTThe concept of case management is taken to many levels within DICE-LAW. Aside from basic reminders and case notes, users are able to create checklists, establish workflows and set up a variety of associations. Furthermore, the comments section will time/date stamp all entries along with the user who made the note. Admins have access to case history allowing them to view who did what, when and where.FILE MANAGEMENTThis is the crown jewel of DICE-LAW. Users can easily upload files of any type to the system and associate it with a client or current case. Files can be updated at anytime. DICE-LAW will archive all prior versions of a file. Once a new file is created and uploaded, it will become easily accessible from almost every location within the DICE-LAW interface.

Our IT Division has become a key facet to our business. We offer clients everything from custom software, web and eCommerce development to database management to graphic design. The main differences being full customization without those high recurring fees.We take pride in being adept at seeing things from the client perspective. We accomplish this by first getting a full understanding of as many facets of the business the client is able to disclose. In addition to learning all the details of the immediate goal, we also try explore what's on the horizon. This allows us to provide the best possible solution - by trying to see into the future, we can ensure that the work done now will be able to handle those needs as well. Some of our work includes the DICE process management platform, eFast- a project management system used primarily in the construction of airports & terminals and various web development projects.

Oversaw the day-to-day operations of over 400 units in multiple buildings with a particular focus on accounting and creation of reports to clients monthly. Other responsibilities included tracking the progress of collections, working directly with attorneys on an as needed basis and the rest of the staff to ensure a smooth operation.• Spearheaded participation in the UniteCT program ensuring solvency during the Covid pandemic. These efforts lead to $700,000 in additional revenue during this critical period of time.• Developed relationships with multiple agencies who provide Section-8 assistance to some tenants.• Instituted and maintained systems & protocols including centralized email, document management and regular reporting.• Created monthly reports for clients.• Worked with staff to ensure tenant needs were addressed.• Collections including working with attorneys when necessary.• Onboarded Yardi Breeze and began to phase out most aspects of Quickbooks as the primary software for the company.

Beginning in the lower level of a duplex on 89th Street with just two of us. We quickly expanded and, by 1998, outgrew the apartment and settled in Norwalk, CT. In 2007, we relocated to Milford, CT. Also in 2007, we partnered with some of our key suppliers in NJ and CA for better inventory control and more efficient shipping to west coast clients. In 2018, we began allowing others to sell their goods on our marketplace platform. Many of these companies were previous competitors. Rather than fight to within a declining niche, we decided to work with others rather than against them.

We took our 15+ years of shipping, logistics and warehouse experience to open a retail store to help people (and businesses) with their shipping needs. We are an FedEx Authorized ShipCenter®, a USPS Approved Shipper and a DHL Authorized Shipper. We also provide custom packing services and high quality boxes and packing supplies at prices much less than the national chains.Additionally, we offered printing to our growing list of services. This service is geared to toward small to medium size projects needed in a rush. In most cases it will be done in an hour or two. Additionally, we cater to people who need to order remotely. Our system will accept most printing orders and allow the user to upload the files we need to print. This is ideal for the traveling business person who needs a presentation printed in a pinch.

I was the Manhattan sales rep for the Polo/Ralph Lauren line of eyeglass frames. When I took over the territory, it had been without a rep for close to 2 years. Consequently, the Polo name was not very prominent in terms of eyewear in the city. In my first year I was able to bring this line to prominence. Many high end stores who previously snubbed the line were regular customers. By the end of the first year there was not a single store I could walk into without making a sale.
