Larry understands that buying and selling homes is a personal and emotional experience with a financial outcome that affects all aspects of a person’s life. He believes remaining focused, collaborative, and keeping a sense of humor contributes to his ultimate role of making his clients' lives easier and the real estate process less stressful—and even enjoyable. With his no-pressure style and informed market knowledge and negotiating skills, Larry is equally as adept at sourcing high-end luxury apartments as he is at finding just the right studio.A past recipient of the Rising Star Award, Larry has had transactions with buyers, sellers, and renters in almost every Manhattan neighborhood in addition to expanding in to Brooklyn. Larry attributes his success (along with his good karma) to listening and truly understanding what his client’s vision for success and happiness is before developing a detailed plan on how to get them there.Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, Larry honed his client service and marketing skills producing television, print, and digital campaigns for Fortune 500 clients in top advertising agencies in NYC, San Francisco, and Boston. He then served as the VP of Promotions & Partnerships at Showtime Networks, launching shows by creating award-winning experiential marketing campaigns, red carpet events, and negotiating partnership deals. Following Showtime, he co-founded and served as CEO of a successful start-up experiential marketing agency that focused on launching television shows and producing large-scale events in major markets and festivals including Comic-Con and South by Southwest. After selling his stake in the agency, Larry has been focused on his lifelong passion for real estate, using his 20+ years in marketing, advertising, and negotiating deals to have a personal impact on his clients' lives—not their brands—by helping them find their next home, whether by buying, selling, or renting.
