Wah Lab - KOTO II Project DevelopmentDesigning early models of the scintillating detector modules and PMT barrel flanges for KOTO-II. Also working on the truss system and aluminum extruded profiles for mounting detector modules to the vacuum barrel

- Leading all things related to combat robotics such as budget, engineering, planning and logistics- Currently designing and revamping the UCR onboarding curriculum- Designing a 1lb demo robot- Improving Michelle for an upcoming NHRL competition in January

- Designed, built, tested, and drove Michelle, UChicago Robotics' 2nd ever 30lb combat robot that competed in the 2024 UIUC Robobrawl.- Volunteered to build a robot for CodeYourDreams, an instructional non-profit based in Chicago- MakeHarvard Winner 2024

- Modeled low earth orbit and link budget calculations in Ansys STK for CSLI proposal sent to NASA- Modeled power generation of the solar panels during specified orbit in STK- Implemented and programmed development RF communication module- Designed a photodiode quadcell amplification board

Worked with Dr. Aleena Rafique at the HEP Division of Argonne on the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) Near Detector ArgonCube 2x2 simulation track multiplicity analysis, focusing on reconstructed CAF files.Presented work at the 2024 Summer Young Scientists Symposium Series

Pocivavsek SurgBioMech Lab- Worked with Dongxu Liu on using Abaqus to conduct finite element analysis on the effectiveness of IVL techniques on the success of arterial stents- Modeled real-world calcium deposits in blood vessels from Micro-CT scans in Abaqus to simulate damage from a spherical pressure wave generated by the IVL treatment- Used Abaqus and Fusion360 to simulate arterial patch surgeries and material stresses to better determine effective patch geometries

LA for PSMS 31400 Creative Machines and Innovative Instrumentation.Helped teach 3D modeling and printing, hardware/making with basic tools, Arduino/ESP32, I2C and ultrasonic sensors, PWM motor control, H-bridges, and other basic electronics. Ran office hours to guide students with their projects and maintained the 3D printing queue.
