Implemented financing plans, policies and procedures which supported the growth of the company to a position where there was a seven million dollar operating line, equity growth through initial and subsequent public offerings of shares, accurate monthly reporting and 900% growth in revenue, totaling in excess of one hundred million dollars.• Coordinated the selection and implementation of the company’s first computerized production information (MRP) system and financial information system. The implementation was completed on schedule and on budget.
