I founded Focus Technology Consulting 15 years ago to provide our customers with skilled Information Technology and Accounting professionals. We understand how important it is to match our employees skills, education and experience to our customers requirements. Additionally we strive to thoroughly understand our customers culture and work environment in order to ensure we are creating long-term value. Prior to founding Focus, I was Vice President at MCI and managed the support of Customer Care and Billing Systems. MCI was a fast paced environment and we utilized outside staffing firms to augment our existing staff. While at MCI, I learned many valuable lessons managing internal resources and outside consultants. Many of these lessons helped formulate the core values that we have established at Focus.My long-term goal is to continue to manage a premier IT and Accounting recruiting firm focused on customer priorities. I enjoy mentoring employees to develop their careers and maximize their opportunities as valued members of the Focus team.
