Created Medicare Analytics system including three years of patient claim history with over 40 million rows of data. The new system replaced a manual process reducing analysis time for finding rehab business opportunities within hospitals throughout the country from 40 hours to 1 hour.Developed integrated dashboards to manage operations for over 100 rehabilitation facilities. The system provides daily information allowing for rapid response in order to improve process for better patient care and financial performance. Pilot group showed a 6% improvement on Admissions and Length of Stay.

Managed web-based Business Analytics product including development, design, QA, implementation, training , client and sales support. Provided a BI tool for a competitive advantage by introducing the company to innovative-patented technology as the technical platform. Enabled our customers to use “real-time” and actionable data. This ability led to a half million dollar increase in sales revenue over just nine monthsWorked with customers to deliver over 200 custom and standard reports. Trained over 200 staff to write reports including database, SQL training as well as software tool training. Wrote database views and created a data warehouse simplifying data retrieval and allowing for more advanced reporting. Programmed the first integrated peri-operative system to manage patient care pre-op, intra-op and post-op using a object oriented 4GL and Oracle backend.
