Larry is a Senior Engagement Manager with CDC Global Services, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Larry has over fifteen years’ experience consulting in IT, leading many desktop deployment projects and support services engagements over the years. Larry is currently preparing his customers for Windows 7/ Office 2010 migrations through the facilitation of process evaluations and change readiness assessments that address their application compatibility concerns, infrastructure optimization strategies, and staff/end user training requirements. Larry’s understanding of how to successfully integrate people, process and technology has allowed his clients to maximize the value of their IT technology investments. Larry was the Service Manager for Asset and Configuration Management at a large pharmaceutical, and has recently updated his ITIL Foundations certification to v3. Larry received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics from CSUF, and has an MBA from Regis University.
