CURRENT:Through Home Builder’s Institute (HBI) and continuing education I am transitioning from one facet of real estate "Real Estate Management" to "Construction Management."The objective changes from one of maintenance and improvement of properties to that of planning, directing, or coordinating, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. To participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation is indeed a much broader scope of responsibility, and personal reward, which includes delegating to managers in specialized construction fields, such as carpentry, plumbing, or electrical to complete a project.MY MISSION: To help end homelessness by developing and managing affordable housing, which meets the needs of low-income individuals, with a special preference toward veterans (Veterans Affordable Housing Initiative (VAHI)) in the form of affordable Single Room Occupancy (SRO) rooming houses. We will improve neighborhood landmarks by changing the face of old existing properties and vacant lands into attractive and desirable housing.
