Management of Regional Research initiatives and managing E-learning program in the region.x. Management of the regional web site, preparation of the regional newsletter, promotional material such as brochures and documentaries.

LARRY LIZA is a Kenyan born poet who was appointed a Global Champion of the White Ribbon Alliance in 2014, having been appointed a National Advocacy Champion in 2010. He has performed and represented the White Ribbon Alliances in different forums, including the United Nations General Assembly in New Year, the International Women's Day celebration in London, UK, Kenya, among others.He has recited poems since the age of 4, for over two decades, in Kenya, UK, USA, Tanzania and Zimbabwe. He focuses on socio-eco-political and the spiritual realm. Described as Africa’s finest poet, North of Limpopo, South of Sahara, Larry has touched thousands of lives with his electrifying and unique presentations, and is a household name in Kenya who amazes his audience with poems in different spheres; education, love, gender violence, faith & determination, environment & nature, women, among others. He brought thousands to tears with his poem on Kenya’s Post Election Violence poem ‘Beyond the Difference’ in 2008 though his best known poem is Toyota.As a performing artist, Larry Liza has graced different meetings including presidential functions, International Women’s week celebrations in London, UK, the International Women’s Day celebrations organized by the United Nations, Rwanda Genocide Commemoration (United Nations), conferences by Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), the regional World Customs Organization office, corporate functions, as well as performances for different churches, NGOs, weddings, educational fairs among others.In 2009 Larry began posting poems on the social networking site Facebook (and later Twitter), reaching millions of people in 48 countries across the globe. He has won numerous awards for his works including the Media FOCUS on AFRICA; Building Bridges for Peace Award – for working towards peace in Kenyan communities.
