I am directly responsible for managing the SEO Campaigns for:- Barndoorhardware.com- Accordion-Doors.com- ModernStainlessLadders.comThis includes the ongoing process of onsite optimization (adding and updating content, properly optimizing tags and titles, making adjustments to CSS to bring Wordpress templates into better alignment with SEO goals, etc) and offsite optimization (including blogging, content syndication and outreach to Influencers and Stakeholders). Project managed the transition of Barndoorhardware.com from a lead generation site to a full-blown ecommerce site built on WooCommerce, featuring over a hundred sliding door products. I planned every aspect of the transition. I coordinated with Specialty Doors project manager to develop a list of products to be featured on the site and assisted with the development of a full product list. I mapped out the initial design and navigation, and managed an outside design and development team.Most importantly I formulated a plan to preserve Barndoorhardware.com sizable SEO presence. This meant mapping 100s of URLs and developing a bullet proof 301 redirection plan. The new barndoorhardware.com launched in April 2016 with no change in organic position (retaining the 2nd place ranking on key SERPs) and minimal loss of organic traffic.
