Selected Accomplishments Created the corporate offices of a manufacturing division acquired by a private equity firm from a large conglomerate as a Contract Consultant; included hiring all new staff for the financial, HR, payroll and IT functions, acquiring new IT equipment and software. Developed over 25 financial interactive models for various firms to help with business planning and budgeting, acquisitions, financing, strategic analysis and divestiture as a Contract Consultant using proprietary modeling process. Developed operational and financial dashboard, monthly reporting tools for internal management and quarterly Board of Directors reporting for over a dozen clients. Led acquisition and divestment teams for many clients. Most recently supported the sale of several companies, representing the owners of the company, working with the Investment Bankers, acting as the CFO throughout the preparation for sale, due diligence and transition after the sale for the new owners.Led several "Repair the broken Controllership" projects to improve internal controls, get accurate financial statements, correct the financial software problems, reduce the time to close the books & replace staff.
