    In this strategic leadership role, I managed geographically dispersed teams of five to 30 software developers and IT staff; fostered rewarding and challenging environment of excellence, trust, respect and accountability. I managed a diverse infrastructure across nine cities consisting of four data centers, three call centers, and five offices, slashed costs by successfully negotiated and secured highly favorable vendor pricing and consolidated infrastructure to managed hosting and cloud computing, and ultimately helped build the business from less than $10mm in 1996 to a peak of $155mm in annual revenues. I orchestrated software system and data integrations for over 15 corporate or asset acquisitions and dispositions from 1997 through 2016. I identified and resolved inaccurate billing data from Lifeline service providers by writing a tracking website to streamline and accurately collect data during processing, which increased monthly invoiced transactions by 30%. Further, I propelled three-member team in development of an extensive billing validation API, which empowered protection of consumers from fraud, rejecting 50,000+ new charges per month. In addition to providing critical support, under employee lease agreement, initiated the development of White Box Social Intelligence, a restaurant location based social listening platform.
