Doubled annual revenues in the span of 5 years after being tasked with transforming a niche navigation services provider with significant debt, cash flow, and QHSE issues into a world-class player in the marine seismic sector by developing new ultrahigh resolution (UHR) marine 3D and 4D seismic markets. Revamped company strategy to focus exclusively on two core product lines (UHR seismic and seismic support services). Implemented a comprehensive brand refresh, completed a strategic acquisition, and worked to developed a cohesive leadership team, all in the midst of the largest downturn in offshore oilfield services spending in the last half century.

Nearly tripled divisions revenues (from $39 to $94 million) during my first year of service and moved product line from an exclusive Gulf of Mexico focus to a much broader international customer base.

Overall responsibility for company's sales, marketing, and business development activities worldwide as well as establishment and mangement of the company's US business entity, reporting directly to the CEO in Aberdeen. Increased company revenues from £4.3 to £17.7 million per annum over a two year period by developing and implementing a strategic growth plan designed to extend global market penetration.

Overall responsibility for oversight and management of company's ISS division, including speculative data library, proprietary and multi-client data acquisition, and company-wide QHSE activities, reporting directly to CEO. ISS accounted for sales of approximately $35 million during 2004 (over half of the company’s overall revenues) and was also the largest growth segment of the company. As a direct result of this growth GXT was sold to ION for $154 million.

Overall responsibility for financial, operations, marketing, and technical aspects of marine data acquisition throughout Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Overall responsibility for financial, operating, marketing, and technical aspects of marine streamer and OBC data acquisition throughout the Western Hemisphere (North and South America) and the Eastern Hemisphere (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific). Managed a fleet of 7-12 streamer crews and 2-4 OBC crews comprised of 550-750 employees; increased division revenues from $160 to $260 million per annum over a three year period while maintaining operating margins of 28-30%.
