Current- Manage a day-to-day queue with customers needing assistance resolving issues with their Oracle Internet Applications.
- Continually develop extensive technical knowledge content for Oracle products and their uses.
- Participate in process planning and make recommendations for improvements for customer support.
- Create Web Applications using PHP, Java-Scripting and My/SQL that automatically sends email alerts to engineers of customers’ upcoming critical dates.
- Provide support to customers: communicating status, solutions and/or workarounds, report bugs, documentation errors and enhancement requests to development.
- Created an “eBay-like” website using PHP and My/SQL for a local fund-raising campaign.
