A lifelong West Virginian, Lawrence (Larry) Pack was born and raised in the Kanawha Valley area. Larry is an entrepreneur and healthcare executive. He is passionate about job creation, economic growth and elderly care across his home state. Larry has been dynamically involved in aging and return-to-home care for nearly three decades. Larry is CEO of Stonerise Healthcare, responsible for vision and growth strategy. Stonerise serves West Virginia and southeastern Ohio through its various business lines including transitional and skilled nursing centers, home health and therapy. Larry co-founded Stonerise in 2009 with his long-time business partner and friend, Steve White. Larry and Steve founded Stonerise on Christian principles which remain a guiding part of its mission and operations today. Stonerise seeks to have a positive impact on the lives we serve (team members, patients and surrounding communities) by serving one another through love and challenging the status quo of healthcare delivery for both post-acute and aging populations. Prior to Stonerise, Larry owned and operated six other health care centers throughout West Virginia. He co-founded the accounting firm Pack Lambert & Burdette (later merged with Suttle and Stalnaker) where he provided tax, accounting and consulting services to various entities.Larry has been involved in the West Virginia Healthcare Association for decades and currently serves as Secretary. Over the years he has served on various boards, including the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center, West Virginia Health Right and the West Virginia Alzheimer’s Association. He is a career-long member of the West Virginia Board of Accountancy, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the West Virginia Society of CPAs.Larry lives in Charleston with his wife, Lisa. They have been blessed with six children and two grandchildren. He is an active member at Bible Center Church.
