At Pepper we understand the importance of continuity from a project’s conception to its completion. As a Senior Project Manager I will be your single source contact. I am responsible for all phases of a project from preconstruction, estimating, procurement, construction, turnover and closeout. Projects include corporate head quarters, lab construction, disaster recovery system T1 upgrades, call centers, multi phase and multi floor tenant fit out, health care, corporate fitness centers, and corporate cafeteria renovation. Our project teams (consisting of owners, designers/consultants, users, subcontractors/suppliers, Pepper’s project management staff) will work together to ensure we exceed your expectations.Clients include Nationwide Reality, Hines, Jones Lang LaSalle, Jobs Ohio, Morgan Stanley, Regus Office, Bailey Cavalieri Esquire, Harris Broadcasting, Doctors Hospital, Junior Achievement, DeVry, Ohio Hospital Association, Ohio University and The Ohio State University.
