Provided Packet Core solutions into the North American regional operators. Drove customer product requirements into the Business Units and presented product solutions and roadmaps to operators. - Led the sales of virtualized packet core solutions (vEPG, vMME & vPCRF) resulting in 8 virtualized Packet Core wins. - Created industrialized customer marketing packages and drove commercial marketing to build successful commercial models for these solutions. - Exceeded commercial revenue targets in 3 out of the last 4 years.

Managed and directed account development primes and sales engineers to provide account teams and customers with required solutions. Provided feedback into PLM on customer issues and concerns to help guide the Product Plan of Record. - Defined customer specific upgrade strategies leading to over 20 operator network upgrade sales - Introduced new sales programs stimulating new revenue opportunities

Managed and directed Sales Engineers and Technical Sales Support teams for North American accounts and prospective accounts. Managed responses and pricing for proposals encompassing a wide range of technologies including, GSM/UMTS, CDMA, LTE, IMS and WiMAX solutions into Tier 1, 2 & 3 operators, federal government and other businesses. - Exceeded the North American wireless revenue targets of $680M, $950M and $780M for 3 consecutive years - Produced financial analysis and quotation support for various Account teams

Managed and directed the NGN Product & Sales Engineering team on the WorldCom account. The account scope included: 83 CLEC offices, 40 IXC offices, 48 Custom IXC offices, 6 ISN nodes, 10 STP nodes, 42 international switching offices and 12 PBX offices. - Coordinated and defined capacity and memory roadmaps and developed network evolution strategies for WorldCom networks resulting in switching upgrades and increased revenue.

Managed and directed the RF design, Network design, pricing and packaging for all GSM North America and Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) proposals. Proposals covered new network build-outs, network expansions, network overlays and national network plans leading to increased market share.

Managed a network planning team dedicated to the VoiceStream account which primed all engineering issues and problem resolution for VoiceStream. Led and performed network capacity studies outlining the optimal upgrade paths to alleviate bottlenecks and increase efficiency for the various markets.
