Once assuming responsibility for an operations office that was failing it was determined that all previous personnel records had not been properly maintained and all 110 individual training files were missing. Within 90 days off assuming this position, Senior Executives established Deployment Preparation as their number one priority. -Ensured Pentagon network and technology goals were met: It took less than one year to prepare and meet all training expectations, operational readiness, and overall readiness for all Senior Executives at not only the local level but also at the Pentagon.
