My job effective 1/17/23 as a Rewards/Promotions Specialist at Encore Boston Harbor involves signing up new members at the desk to our rewards programs, working in the Promotions area to participate in running games and contests, putting together packages and distributing them to members who are eligible for prizes, and working in the gaming kiosk area to explain the rules and how the gambling machines work. At times I serve as a greeter to direct clientele to the cage or cashier to make bets and collect winnings. Serve as a guide to explain the many benefits Encore offers customers and the locations of the many stores, the hotel, restaurants and types of gaming in the facility.
