Serve as a guide to explain the many benefits Encore offers customers and the locations of the many stores, the hotel, restaurants and types of gaming in the facility. I am part of a new venture involving enrolling customers on the casino floor using ipad technology.- Voted by instructors the best trainee in January 2023 among the 30 new trainees with representatives from all Encore departments- Received a written commendation regarding my contributions concerning the implementation of Sports Gambling at Wynn Bet- Received written recognition from Jenny Holiday, Encore President and Diane Albertelli, Manager of Wynn Rewards, regarding customer service feedback from our Medalia Service tracking program.
