Led the development and implementation of a trouble reporting system, including form design and procedures, creating a historical tracking infrastructure that assisted with problem resolutions. Directed several hardware installations, including physical and electrical layouts, to maximize efficiencies regarding floor space and access to the equipment.

Recruited to lead the staff and technical operations of the 24 hour, 7 days a week Data Center. Led the staff and developed the processes in the conversion from a V series Unisys mainframe to a 3090 IBM mainframe, while maintaining the integrity of our Production windows. Managed the development and implementation of a Form and Paper Inventory process, resulting in an distinct efficiency gain in handling on-site inventory and eliminating stock outages. Supervised the coordination of staff and activities with regards to Disaster Recovery testing, producing improved processes and documentation that was used for future testing and audit requirement adherence.
