About Larry Ray
For the past 45 years, I have been involved in the fields of dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, facilitation and more recently, executive coaching. I serve as Senior Lecturer at The George Washington University School of Law for the past 34 years teaching mediation and negotiation. I also provide mediation training for the Delaware State Bar/Delaware Superior Court (28 years) including a Zoom session. Each Summer I teach Business Negotiation (F2F and OnLine) at my former law school, Capital in Columbus, OH.Specialties: Workplace, Discrimination, Community, Neighborhood, Partnership, Consumer mediation, arbitration and facilitation.

In November, 1979, I began as Director of the 11 member Special Committee on Resolution of Minor Disputes. We transformed this small committee into a 7,000 member ABA Section of Dispute Resolution. We created the Multi-Door Dispute Resolution concept that is now prevalent in hundreds of court houses throughout the nation and world.
