For the past 45 years, I have been involved in the fields of dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, facilitation and more recently, executive coaching. I serve as Senior Lecturer at The George Washington University School of Law for the past 34 years teaching mediation and negotiation. I also provide mediation training for the Delaware State Bar/Delaware Superior Court (28 years) including a Zoom session. Each Summer I teach Business Negotiation (F2F and OnLine) at my former law school, Capital in Columbus, OH.Specialties: Workplace, Discrimination, Community, Neighborhood, Partnership, Consumer mediation, arbitration and facilitation.
