Over my 40+ year career at Fair Isaac (FICO), my roles included: client project manager, leading research and product development, CEO, leading Analytic R&D, and now Research Fellow. Also, I work with early-stage companies and non-profits.My career focus has been on imaging, designing, developing and deploying on business analytic-centric solutions that have a learning mechanism - on the demand-side of businesses in several industries who offer products and services to consumers and/or small businesses. My interests have expanded to creating innovative solutions for non-profit providers to unprivileged students and disadvantaged people. I've worked with lenders, insurers, retailers, wellness & health care providers, educators, marketers, and driver safety monitors.Expertise and experience: 1. Imaging and creating business analytic-centric solutions using novel combinations of data and "human domain expertise" to apply: * predictive analytics and decision analytics to help providers to make better decisions on their customers/members and prospects, and * predictive analytics and behavior analytics to help people who are considering or have already decided to change a behavior. 2. Bringing strategic thinking and generative thinking to initiatives and organizations.3. Using mentoring and sounding board skills to develop "human capital" and value-based work groups.
