Human-Centered Design is my passion. I help companies learn that when products and services are designed to work for the people they serve, everyone wins. With over 20 years of practical experience designing software systems that are both usable and useful, I have built skills and designed processes to truly understand what customers need.My passion has always been around simplifying difficult and mundane tasks into easy, enjoyable experiences. That passion lead me to the Rochester Institute of Technology where I studied information technology, with a minor in human-computer interaction. While still at RIT, I helped to design their Center for Digital media. Shortly after RIT, I worked with my current business partner on building a digital agency that has transformed into Tenet Partners, a top tier national branding firm. Being at Tenet Partners has afforded the opportunity to help many large companies such as John Deere, Pepsi, Chevron, and UBS solve complex problems to simplify their user's needs.I am constantly looking to the next generation of technologies, analyzing how they can help fulfill the goal of constantly improving the customer experience.Specialties: human-centered design, information architecture, UX, web and app development, process simplification.
