Prior to joining XPEC, Mr. Ramsey served as President of xGen Communications, LLC, a telecommunications consulting and Master Agent Company. Mr. Ramsey has extensive experience in creating and managing start-up operations within Channel Partner programs and is credited with creating Qwest Communications (formally known as SP Telecom) first channel partners program. Additionally, Mr. Ramsey has held various positions at companies such as MCI, Qwest, Express Tel, NETtel , and AireSpring.
