About Larry Ryan

I am a diversely experienced lab and facility manager, technical writer, and educator cobbled together from a wide assortment of schools, jobs, experiences and lessons. These experiences have given me advanced credentials in the fields of medicine, lab science, environmental health and safety, technical writing, quality control and compliance, and occupational health. I learn very quickly, have a terrific work ethic, and a can-do attitude. This often places me at the lead of challenging projects. I have also managed projects in exciting places around the world such as Sweden, Japan, Korea, East Timor, and Australia as well as spending significant time in Virginia and California.Outside work I enjoy visiting craft breweries, watching baseball, reading, fishing and postulating ways to help humans get off the planet before our galaxy hits another. I love anything to do with the Navy and the military and have been fortunate to have had several positions that keep me close to the ships.
