I have a love of the outdoors. In my prior life, before kids, I used to own my own white water raft and was a guide for years in West Virginia. Once we started having kids I have changed my focus to sailing, mostly on Lake Erie. I had a great 34' sail boat but have traded that in for a cottage in Lakeside Ohio. I now have 4 kids and confine my sailing to racing at Hoover, which is a hidden gem in Columbus. My wife and I were foster parents for Franklin County and in 2003 we fostered and then adopted two girls who were sisters from Columbus. My wife is the owner and manager of ELLA bistro in New Albany. Besides a passion for the outdoors my other focus in cooking and food. I love to feed people and to eat well. I have been involved in real estate development and management for my entire career. As a partner in my fathers firm I helped develop many multi family projects. Over the last 15 years I have focused on my own brokerage and now specialize in residential real estate. I am now the President and Broker of Revealty. My goal is to help solve my clients real estate needs regardless if they are buying or selling a home. I had a short stint as a host for a local real estate realty show on ABC and currently teach continuing education classes to agents. This experience helps me connect and network with lots of successful agents and I find this helps me when working with my own buyers and sellers. What drives me is the concept of Revealty. Our job is to "reveal" the secrets of home buying and selling so we can guide our clients. In short I solve my clients real estate problems by making them informed decision makers.I teach over 1,000 agents a year real estate education classes on a variety of topics;- negotiations- contracts- pricing strategies- short sales- real estate law- ethicsI
