Responsibilities:• Covering the South East of England, prospecting for new business, attending appointments after initial phone call qualification, and following up on previous interactions• Advising on suitability for each product on offer and add on's such as additional works to increase company profit, by using sales tools and emotive buy-in techniques.• Reporting information into senior level on a regular basis using microsoft systems, Excel Powerpoint etc.• Planning of area, forcasting and collation of figures, and concentrating on the right channels of business to hit monthly/quarterly targets.Achievements:I won National ASM of the year for consumer business for 2021-2022. This involves hitting all set targets, as well as working with both external and internal customers and receiving positive feedback from all other areas around the business.

Responsibilities:• Developing all new business through single and portfolio Landlord interactions, Business networking, and working with associated affiliates to the business (mortgage brokers, accountants, insurance brokers etc).• Maintaining management of over 150 properties with 100% zero arrears and zero deposit disputes throughout, using checklists and processes composed in-house.• Overseeing 4 office staff, making sure all KPI’s are met within labour cost tolerances. • Involved in company profit/loss planning and targeting each month.• Implementing several marketing strategies, to advance the growth of the letting agencies customer base over a measurable period.• Management of the telesales staff in the leaflet business, and implementing structured sales scripts to be able to measure their results. • Using Google Ad-Words and various telemarketing techniques to improve the customer base of the leaflet business.Achievements:• Personally, Increased the Business’s Landlord portfolio in size by 800% over a two-year period.• I maintained a 100% Face to face conversion on all new business. • I have never lost a Landlord based on the service given to them. • I maintained zero arrears on 150+ Tenanted properties • I Have never had any form of deposit dispute on 500+ tenancy close downs.• I have maintained profit on the leaflet business for nearly three years in a row.
