Projects:• Reviewed, evaluated and analyzed GBTS Records Management Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA). Attested to the final RCSA. • Designed and implemented Data Mapping database to provide the Law Department with a tool to locate business information residing in enterprise applications to achieve savings on litigation costs.• Led a collaborated effort with businesses to simplify departmental retention schedules to a functional-based retention schedule reducing the number of schedules from approximately 6000 to 300 allowing for a workable and comprehensive system for retention.• Project managed the design and implementation of Open Text, an electronic document management system. Provided a solution for organizing unstructured documents according to retention. This risk reducing process allows for the preservation and controlled disposition of business records.• Records management subject matter expert on third party review team. Participate in due diligence process to render risk evaluation and rating for businesses. Effected changes vendor records procedures and contractual obligations.
