Presented multiple power-point presentations in numerous and packed City-council meetings. By the end of 2019, the fledgling hope of a performing arts and cultural center turned a corner and became the darling of the city - culminating with enthusiastic and unanimous City council approval (October 2019), followed by the successful construction, completion, and commencement of operations of the Performing Arts and Cultural Center (Grand Opening, October 2022, rebranding to The Landing, scheduled April 2024).
