The integration involves BLE-enabled spirometers, airway clearance vests, and nebulizers.•• Working with the California Department of Public Health on the use of mobile devices for care providers and parents with newborns who haved tested positive in CA newborn tests.•• Working with UCSF and the California Department of Public Health on the second phase study on the use of iPads to review medical records at diverse clinics around the state, report their findings, and communicate with the program administrators in Sacramento. The iPad app renders REDCap eCRFs in real-time on the mobile device. The iPad app built on WearOS and ResearchKit has been used in over 1000 sites and is funded for 2000 more sites.

Results generate new protocols in real-time which are rendered on the patient's mobile device.• Developing new sensor patches for stoma bags which can accurately calculate fluid volume and fluid viscosity in any patient position.

Extended InForm eCRF features in support of protocols for mobile devices such as capturing photos, audio, video, temporal (e.g. show question at day 3 of trial), and question-level branching.
