I worked for Sani Professional, a division of PDI Inc., whose mission is to protect the health of commercial establishments, their employees and the public they serve. I was responsible for delivering unparalleled infection prevention solutions across a broad range of consumer-facing business operations (restaurants, schools, office buildings, etc.) in Northern California. Oregon, and Washington.I more than doubled the business in my geography by developing new avenues of distribution in concert with my usual efforts to match new solutions to operator needs.

Western Region

I worked at Restaurant Technologies, whose unique solutions make kitchens safer and smarter. I liked working for RT so much I did so twice. First, as a general market salesperson, who helped open the new San Francisco depot and grew it to over 600 customers in just a few years. More recently, I came back to work at RT as a specialist, dedicated to their largest customer, McDonald's.My primary activities focused on expanding sales revenue as well as driving new market share by growing the existing account base and hunting for new business in the western U.S.

Northern California

I took a leap and moved from sales to operations. In the move, I had overall P&L, sales, and operations responsibility for a fast-growing pest-control division of nationwide service provider.I learned so much in this fascinating industry and had the opportunity to collaborate with, and oversee, two supervisors, 12 technicians, and two sales team members who cared for our clientele in a very challenging and highly-competitive environment.

Provided equipment/software solution to national, regional, and local restaurant chains and grocery stores. Utilized organizational, interpersonal, and oral- and written-communication skills to introduce new product to all levels of a customer's business.
