Our goal is to provide training for every discipline on and off the airport in the aviation industry. We started with flight training but will be adding dispatch training, maintenance training, cabin crew training and others soon.

Executive Management of the startup and ongoing programs within the organization focused on meeting the needs of the aviation industry in every discipline including Foundation Training, Ground Services, Maintenance, Flight Crew Training, Pilot Training and Type Training.

Assisting in development of continuous improvement processes for Airline Partner• Lead successful project development and execution• Program and process improvement, benchmarking, ensuring best practice and industry standards are met• Working with Airline, Flight Training Organization and Aviation Academy Partners to ensure the highest standards are maintained within their organizations• Reporting to Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Managing Directors and all stakeholders on project status and on time and on budget performance• Assessing staff and students on performance and adherence to policies, procedures and best practice and advising on corrective action• Developing curriculum, courseware and advising on management system implementation• Developing pilot selection processes and criteria• Training flight training organization management staff

• Accountable manager, Chief Executive Officer, to the Civil Aviation Safety Authority for the multiple locations of CSWAFC, while maintaining good communication enabling a strong relationship with the Shareholders and the Board of Directors• Facilities planning, construction and renovation valued at over 5 million AUD• Development of the annual budgets exceeding 25 million, allowing for the forecast and strategic planning and execution of business requirements• Overseeing on time and budget delivery of quality flight training for over 250 students annually• Accountable for fleet maintenance of 48 Aircraft, 1 Full Flight Phenom 100 Simulator and 4 Synthetic Trainers and Phenom 100 and Citation Jet Operations, availability and usage level, employee effectiveness and efficiency of the different business units, flight operations and engine shop efficiency and quality leading to daily aircraft availability improvement from under 70% to over 90%• Policy and procedure development and oversight for all business units including replacement of all organizational documents• Performance management, project management, disciplinary action and procurement of all staff, over 140 in total

• Operational leadership of the Qatar Civil Aviation Administration approved flight and ground training curriculum under the Qatar Aeronautical Regulation’s as a mirror of European Joint Aeronautical Regulation’s• Maintaining and administratively supporting thriving relationships with those existing partners as well as international and domestic airline contracts and the domestic student base while complying with the Qatar Civil Aviation Administration as a mirror of Joint Aviation Administrations regulations while maintaining positive relationships with local government. • Management of MPL development process and successful fleet replacement • Facilities planning, construction, renovation and maintenance including successful replacement of 5,000 square foot facilities at two locations

• Responsible for coordinating, supervising and executing safety meetings• Mentoring, advising and counseling pilots• Liaison duties for the Federal Aviation Administration

• Negotiating, startup, operational support and management of new and existing training bases, five in total, to include feasibility and risk analysis, curriculum development, facilities management, fleet replacement, FITS (FAA Industry Training Standards) course development and Part 141 training course outline development and submission process• Quality management system development, program planning, facilities procurement, equipment acceptance, project execution and training of new staff and students international and domestic• Startup of four successful partnerships with colleges and universities while continuing to maintain and administratively support thriving relationships with those existing partners, international airline contracts and the domestic student base while complying with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Civil Aviation Administration of China regulations while maintaining positive relationships with local FSDO’s• Analyzing technical data and improving processes through modification of procedures while directing product development projects and communicating with other departments while advising the executive team of changes in project needs and progress• Leadership of over 250 managers and flight instructors and 1500 students in training operating a fleet of over 117 aircraft

• Responsible for developing syllabi, training media and courseware, providing ground instruction and advising over 400 students through 10 semesters• Maintain records to Federal Aviation Administration standards
