Volunteer work in my community, the Corktown district of Toronto's "lower east side" which includes the rapidly growing West Don Lands; working to enhance the quality of life in, and promote Corktown; work with business, residents, and developers with the goal of bringing the best of what's new while retaining the best of what has existed for almost 200.

We manage facility projects, mostly for owners, from as early in the process as possible through planning, financing, municipal approvals, design, internal approvals, tendering, construction, and commissioning.

Nimble Ventures grew out of a mutli-disciplinary design and development company and helps companies develop strategic innovation plans that can be outsourced for development, manufacturing and/or distribution. It is a new delivery model for what has traditionally been called a "business incubator".

Managed teams working on three major projects: $150million office building for Bell in Mississauga; $25million addition and renovation for George Brown College in Toronto; $18million new retirement home in St. Catharines.Co-led a Program Management study and report for the Town of Richmond Hill.Participated in many work proposals.

Founded this small Project Management services company, spending the last two years full-time. Managed several industrial and office projects in the $5million to $20million range.Principally responsible for establishing processes, including all reporting and data tools, and HR within the company.Company reached a total of 5 personnel at one point.

Managed a team of 13 project managers and support staff responsible for all capital projects in the Region; annual project budget in excess of $200million.
