The primary role was to help Google deliver on its technology and service promise to its largest advertisers and significantly grow its platform revenue. Created and managed multiple teams of super-sharp digital performance experts who helped clients produce over $800M in GMV annually; also provided best practice development to Google's product and account teams across the U.S., U.K., EU, and Asia. Many of the customer best practices developed are now public-facing in Google Support Help Center. This work was cross-functional to include Product, Sales, Business Development and Engineering to ensure proper large client/advertiser support with performance parity for new platforms. The role also involved creating new products used by support teams and or advertisers.As a manager/coach, I hired, trained, and oversaw multiple specialist teams who provided support to Google's largest advertiser accounts.
