My HR and leadership experience is diverse to include a background in providing sustainable workforce, training and HR solutions to organizations of all sizes. I have a MEd. In Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University with experience in HR, talent management, and performance/process improvement roles. My experience includes roles within the U.S. military (Air Force), oil & gas, state government, and the consulting industries.
