Support of main Gratiot Campus telecommunications equipment, as well as multiple satellite site Norstar PBX's. • Primary responsibilities include performing telephone moves, adds, changes, voicemail, troubleshooting and any other support related to their telecommunications needs. The main site is a 1,000 line plus Nortel Call Server 1000 (Meridian 1 PBX), there are also 38 satellite sites with smaller PBX's.
