I am Co-Founder-Director of Clear Passage® Physical Therapy, a network of research and treatment clinics in the US and UK. Numerous studies published in respected journals site the safety and effectiveness of non-surgical therapy we developed to treat female infertility, bowel obstruction, SIBO and chronic pain.Our franchise can be placed in fertility clinics to offer patients an all-natural alternative to IVF and one for medical groups to offer therapy for patients with recurring small bowel obstructions. By developing a manual physical therapy to decrease internal scars called adhesions, our work has decreased pain, increased function, replaced surgery, opened totally blocked fallopian tubes and cleared life-threatening small bowel obstructions. Published results are shown in pre- and post-therapy x-rays and in retrospective and a Phase 2 controlled study.Female infertility: With 1000+ babies born to women diagnosed infertile, we’ve reversed infertility for hundreds of women over the last 30+ years. In a 10-year retrospective report, Clear Passage® had good clinical pregnancy rates treating female infertility due to tubal occlusion, endometriosis, high FSH and PCOS.Prior to embryo transfer, Clear Passage® statistically increased IVF pregnancy rates in every age group, with an overall IVF pregnancy rate of 56.16% (82/146) which is 1.5 times the national SART rate of 37.3% during the study period. IVF pregnancies in women over 40 were 5 to 9 times SART rates.Small bowel obstruction: After published studies showed our therapy cleared blocked fallopian tubes, we turned our attention to life-threatening small bowel obstructions (SBO). Published radiographic films show the therapy cleared strictures in a patient awaiting emergency surgery for a six-inch long string stricture, and in another with an hourglass stricture. In both cases, the bowel was judged ‘normal’ after therapy, and the planned surgeries were canceled. In a Phase Two controlled study co-authored by surgeons from Stanford, Harvard, and Washington medical schools, our therapy decreased total SBO by 15 times the control group (p=0.0003).Studies on our work appear in PubMed. I present at medical conferences. We are featured in many books, magazines, on CBS, ABC, NBC and FOX-TV.We get profound joy from saving lives, giving life, returning quality of life, and publishing results.
