• Liaison between terminal operations management, the corporate information services and maintenance departments• Advocate operations management technology needs for information services• Assist operations management in the use and coordination of technology• Advocate and maintain a strong commitment to safety in the operating process• Prepare and maintain business records and reports• Communicate and follow-up on operations management assignments/deadlines• Assist management with the allocation of technology resources to meet needs• Ability to translate and communicate technological writing into layman’s terms• Communicate with employees, vendors, visitors, customers and others appropriately• Assist with internal technology marketing efforts• Track System asset location and readiness to insure maximum utility• Develop and maintain outside vendor and service provider relationships with regards to technology• Provide support for asset telematics – Peoplenet and Skybitz• Coordinate with terminal staff to insure scheduled maintenance and regulatory compliance of system trailer fleet• Track, analyze, manage system trailer fleet internal cleaning to maximize cost, trailer utility and internal tank integrity

Support of information technology systems, operations of fleet management software, Information Systems support for 36 terminals nationwide, operating and supporting a fully Citrix environment, Windows 2008 administration and virtualization support, deployment of thin clients.
