Windows operations also had a generally poor reputation within SITS and it did not have a functional global organization. the task that I got from my Manager was to turn the whole department around and create a global organization.Now after nearly 3 years in my role I have created a clear global organization with clear reporting lines, and global workgroups. That works with no steering and we have a are truly global.To Achive this I have coached supported and provided guidelines for the resources in all the timezones. And by doing this we have managed to turn peoples preception of us around and now we are a valued member of SITSAs a Global Operations Manager, I have budget of close to 100 million SKR .
