My career has been marked by a continuous pursuit of creating value, both as a leader and as a strategic partner in companies across various industries.Throughout my career, I have played a key role in several successful companies. I co-founded Odico ApS, which I led to an IPO in 2018. I was also the CEO of Coromatic A/S, where I doubled the turnover to over 103 million DKK in just one year. This success was achieved through a combination of strategic innovation, sharp business acumen, and an ability to motivate and engage teams.My leadership style is characterized by high drive and a strong will to achieve ambitious goals. I am known for clear communication and inspiring action and high performance among my employees. At the same time, I value collaboration and delegate responsibilities to strengthen the overall competencies of the organization.In addition to my achievements in the business world, I have a solid educational background with an Executive MBA from Henley Management College and a range of specialized courses in leadership, strategy, sales, and coaching.I am also an experienced board leader who actively contributes to several companies and organizations.My focus is always on creating sustainable growth and ensuring long-term results.
