I started out with overall responsibility for a matrix organisation, in that insurance agents and customer service were employed at Danica Pension as part of a cooperation agreement at the time with Danske Bank. Accomplishments during this period:• Transition of approx. 50 employees from Danica Pension to Topdanmark • Development of the commercial sales organisation in Topdanmark’s Partners Division, with the transitioned employees and significantly upgraded sales resources • Pension sales in collaboration with Danica Pension, primarily pensions for independent business owners, with an annual budget of more than DKK 100 million, which was delivered on every year • Development of sales call centre from scratch for the Danske Forsikring brand, which now continues as the sales call centre for Topdanmark. The highly successful call centre has achieved solid growth rates year after year. • A sales organisation with a very high level of new sales in new products, such as online banking insurance, cyber insurance and staff absence insurance for commercial customers
