During the last 15+ years I have been working with different aspects of inhaled medication. In the borderland between in vitro properties and how they do predict the in vivo outcome, lung deposition and clinical effect. I have been part of a group that have developed methods to measure lung deposition and used special experimental set-ups to predict the in vivo outcome from in vitro data. I have lectured and publshed widely (70+ peer reviewed papers) in the area. I have interacted with regulatory agencies world wide with a special focus on PK data, especially on aspects of bioequivalence of inhaled medication.
